Film treatments & scripts

A treatment presents the overarching narrative of a film and is usually written before the script. Essentially it serves as a roadmap, summarising the set up and key elements – from title and logline to characters and plot. Besides helping secure funding, it enables producers to explore ideas, shape a story, and find any gaps in the material.

I work with writers and producers in developing treatments and scripts. I’m experienced in curating content, tightening up a narrative and generally finessing the work. I can offer full creative input or simply trim the fat.
